His mother was an eminent educator, and his father was a prominent scientist.
He was raised in a middle-class Marathi brahmin family of high moral values and deep rooted traditional etiquettes .
Dr Asolkar has two sisters, who has always encouraged sandeep to pursue the dream of his destiny.
His first job paid 1,000 rupees and was in a small consultancy firm.
After earning his BE from Sardar Patel College of Engineering, he started his own business.
He later left that business to join a larger one before joining Hindustan Dorr Oliver
In the sales division in 1993.
Being the only worker to be promoted straight from Sales Engineer to Assistant Manager of Sales there, he excelled as an employee.

Sandeep beams as he recalls his journey, “I was fortunate to have excellent professors and access to great books which turned my life around.
When he returned to work, he was given the duty of managing sales as well as the completion of projects.
This gave him much-needed exposure to a more recent field and a thorough understanding of the entire business cycle.
Sandeep remained On focused track.
He received an amazing offer from Ion Exchange India in 1997 to manage their sales team, and he was unable to decline.
The more he learned there, the more he wanted to put it into practice.
And as a result of his newfound knowledge, he believed that increasing business efficiency would increase profitability.
Therefore, he came upon the thought to quit the firm in 1998 to start something by himself.
However, the chairman of the company at the time persuaded Sandeep to launch a business inside Ion Exchange. He concurred.
It is noteworthy that Sandeep was running a successful Strategic Business Unit at the age of 27–28.

He was never unsatisfied.
“At such a young age, I had a fantastic career, but I wasn’t content, I wished to take a unique action.”
Sandeep finally made the decision to take a leap forward because his name was now well known in the field.
“Now or never was the only option, I could take the chance because my kids were still young, Once they grew up, my obligations would expand. “, he quips.

As a result, he left Ion Exchange in 2004 and founded Enviro Pro Water Tech after assembling his team.

They were given an assignment worth Rs 25,000, which Sandeep thought was a sizable sum for the fledgling company.
Even so, there were still some issues as the business grew.
Loan financing was now necessary because Enviro Pro was receiving more and more expensive projects.
Because such a young company could not provide adequate documentation, many banks declined to offer loans.
Before Bank of India finally offered assistance, this continued.
They still bank with Sandeep and his group.
The work was successful, but Sandeep and the team felt that this couldn’t go on.
As a result, partnered with the Austrian business SFCU in 2005 to create SFC Environmental Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
The C-Tech sewage treatment technology was offered by this company.
The group took this action in order to launch a new market and give its company more focus.
They also faced no competition at the time because sewage treatment technology was not widely used in India.

“After that, we went on an advertising binge, I was there twenty days a month,” he asserts firmly.
